GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING

Our semi-private coaching sessions or group PT are a great on the budget option for those who want to benefit from personal training but without the 1-2-1 price tag. Or you might just prefer to train in a small group with other like-minded ladies to keep you extra motivated.  Semi-private sessions are made up of small groups of ladies with similar goals to you. You can join with friends or we can pair you up with other ladies of similar abilities and goals. As part of your training, you will receive bespoke training in our gym suited to your group’s goals, you will also receive nutritional guidance and regular check ins to maximise your results. Group training helps you stay motivated, forge new connections with like-minded women in your community. We also have kid-friendly groups for mums.

1-2-1 PERSONAL TRAINING

Working with a coach keeps you motivated, safe and injury-free. We offer bespoke training packages tailored specifically to you, your goals and lifestyle. We cover all aspects of coaching to help you achieve your dream results, personalised training plan, accountability and support to ensure constant progress. Our gym is also kid friendly – if you do not have childcare, we have child friendly sessions available.

CLASSES

We offer a variety of ladies fitness classes. We offer Pay As You Go classes or monthly class memberships.

All classes are capped at reasonable numbers to ensure that even if you are a complete beginner and haven’t found your confidence in the gym yet, our coaches are able to step in and help during each and every session so you can enjoy maximum benefits from each class you attend.

We have a selection of kid friendly classes if childcare is a problem.

Enjoy the added benefit of downloading our free app so you can easily book future classes, purchase / amend memberships, manage your bookings.

We offer flexible month to month memberships that you have complete control of. With Love Fitness you are not tied into a contract, we do not auto renew. When your monthly membership runs out, just simply renew via our app, it’s quick and easy and gives you complete control.

You can switch between memberships monthly if you need to reduce or increase your sessions. Going on holiday and won’t make full use of your weekly class membership – no worries, switch to pay as you go. You can switch back to a monthly membership when you are ready.

At Love Fitness we realise you are busy, and circumstances change, so we want to make the memberships as flexible for you as we can.

Love Fitness is a meeting point for like-minded ladies who want to build a fitter, stronger and healthier self. Our coaches are here to help you take your first steps in your journey to a new You. We will help you progress in a safe and comfortable environment. We are not after a high number of clients, we run reasonably capped fitness classes, coach small group or 1-2-1 PT so we can ensure each and every client gets the attention and coaching they need. We will build a training and lifestyle program and coach you in a way that over time you will be able to maintain and follow it yourself.

We believe that there is no ‘One Fits All Fitness Routine’ and therefore will do our best to get to know you and your lifestyle to tailor a program that would work for you. We can help with training, nutrition, motivation, accountability, flexibility and much more.

We are a members only ladies gym with classes and coaching packages that can be purchased in monthly blocks.
